Analise Fashions "Exotica" Silks

(This article is also published at the ASpiRE! Second Life Fashion Blog.)

Greetings! I am a model with ASpiRE and was recently asked by Bianca to join ASpiRE's fashion blog. This is my first article, and I decided to write about one of my favorite stores in Second Life.

Analise Fashions is known for it’s beautiful women’s fashions, and I especially love the silks they create. This new piece titled “Exotica” is a favorite of mine already.

Exotica comes in many colors, and features a strapless halter bodice wrapped in gold vines, which is repeated throughout the outfit. There are four gorgeous skirt pieces attached to a delicate gold leaf and red berry belly chain. They can be removed by anyone (or just by you) with their own original “Naughty with a Click” built in script. It also comes with golden wrapped anklets, and the detail on the halter and skirts are breathtaking. All of this makes "Exotica" a very fun and sexy silk.

Analise Fashions, run by fashion designers Analise Lameth and Talyn Barrett, has frequent new items added to their collection. I’d recommend joining their group for regular updates on new items, as well as some freebies for members. In addition to the beautiful silks, they also sell other clothing items such as formal gowns, casual wear and exotic extras.

Looking 4 Love Scavenger Hunt

Today I participated in a scavenger hunt created by Elika Tiramisu, creator of ETD (fabulous hair, clothes and group!). Participating designers also in the Scavenger hunt were Canimal, Celestial Studios and Last Call (which I knew as Dazzle).

There were three different scavenger hunts, and I was amazingly the first place winner in the 3rd contest! I really could not believe it, I thought I was very behind other people. I had so much fun though that by the end it didn't matter if I won or lost. The whole hunt was a really big rush for me, something I've only felt before during runway modeling shows hehe.

To read more about my experience, you can check out Elika's Blog, I made a post there :) I also plan on posting to all the designer's blogs with my thanks, but that will have to wait for when it's not 5am *snickers*

It was very exciting and so much fun. I've played a lot of games besides SL, and this was definitely one of the most fun things I've ever done, EVER. Winning was so unexpected and just a very big bonus *laughs*. I have so much respect for all the designers involved. I can only imagine the time crunch and stress they went through to pull off such a great event. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and giving everyone such a fun event. The prizes and especially the free boxed items were incredible!

Oh and by the way, anyone who has an SL.me account should definitely join the ETD group. Elika offered a very awesome gift certificate redeemable by the recipient for a very large amount of L$. She also let all her group members in SL purchase her items before anyone else could when she opened her new store. It's amazing how generous she is, and I recommend her groups to everyone!

Anastase in Green Argyl

This was taken by Bianca Darling at ASpiRE Modeling Agency. My favorite portfolio picture!

Welcome!

I never thought I would make a blog. I always thought blogs were for people who wanted attention (and believe me, I've done my share of that in the past). Now I feel so prejudiced about my former opinion. And here I thought I was so tolerant of everyone! O.o I'm one of those people who likes to grow every day, and rooting out intolerance within myself is definitely something I want to improve upon.

I am modeling now in Second Life and wanted a place for prospective employers to come learn a bit more about me. But also for friends to keep up with how I am doing :) So I will be posting both about my Real Life, and my Second Life (as well as anything that happens to pop into my head!)

I would also like to break into photography within the game. I created the above image, titled Fairie Princess, as a formal dress picture for my modeling portfolio.

It's late so I'm off to bed, goodnight to all!
